Dan-Wood House provides a 20 year structural warranty with every dwelling. This level of warranty is unprecedented in the UK and no other housebuilder in this country offers more than a 10 year warranty!
We suggest that our clients seek a third party structural warranty from Self Build Zone or appoint a qualified architect to provide an architects certificate.
