Dan-Wood House provides a straightforward pricing system. Unlike competitors, we are happy to publish our full price list to allow you to calculate the potential cost of a new home.
Each house model featured in the catalogues has a standard price based on the specification of the range.
This price is complete and includes all materials and labour. Provided you already own your land; there are only 3 other costs to consider;
Engineered foundation slab(around £6000 for a 3 bed, 140m² house)
Drainage and services (£5000 - £10,000 depending on which providers, location and planning requirements)
Your dream kitchen (£4000+ for high quality, energy efficient kitchen and appliances)
